Lori Senecal Makes Her Exit From The World Of Advertising

Lori Senecal was an executive in the advertising industry for 15 years. Her last position was as the Global Chief Executive Officer of Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B). This is a Denver, Colorado firm that is owned by the New York City ad firm MDC Partners. The co-founder and chairman of CP+B, Chuck Porter, said about her that she had been the exact right person to develop his company into a global firm with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Lori Senecal accomplished a lot while leading CP+B. One of her biggest accomplishments was prying the American Airlines account away from TM Advertising. TM Advertising had this account for 25 years and Lori Senecal being able to get America Airlines to make this switch is pretty unusual in the industry.

Chuck Porter said that he and Lori Senecal had been able to develop younger talent at CP+B that were ready to take over executive-level positions. Lori gave notice about her decision seven months ahead of time so that the process of transitioning to this new generation of leaders would be as smooth as possible. She has made the decision to leave the world of advertising altogether and move onto a new industry.

Lori Senecal first came to prominence in the advertising industry when she worked for McCann Erickson Worldgroup. One of her first moves there was to be deeply involved in starting TAG Ideation. TAG Ideation was a new department at McCann Erickson Worldgroup which is dedicated to creating advertising that appeals to Generation X. This was in February 2003 and TAG Ideation has since created a large amount of advertising for its targeted market segment. Check out Inspirery to see more.

In September 2009, Lori left McCann Erickson Worldgroup, where she had become the president of the company, and become both the president and CEO of Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners, a firm she co-founded. She stayed with this company up through March 2015. When she took over this company employed 250 people and was focused solely on advertising in America. She grew this company into a firm with more than 900 employees and it advertised around the world. You can visit YouTube for more videos.
